Karina Jackson

Hello! I’m Karina Jackson, an occupational therapist based in Montreal, Quebec, with over six years of clinical experience. I earned my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McGill University in 2017 and have been practicing in both public and private settings ever since. My specialties include pelvic floor therapy, where I assess and treat conditions such as vaginismus, dyspareunia, urinary issues (like incontinence and urgency), and endometriosis. In addition, I provide hand therapy aimed at restoring upper extremity function to ensure a safe return to daily activities. I work with individuals recovering from hand or wrist injuries, surgeries, or those dealing with acute or chronic pain, including tendinitis, De Quervain’s syndrome, trigger finger, fractures, and tendon ruptures. My holistic approach to rehabilitation emphasizes empowering you with knowledge about your body. I prioritize understanding your unique challenges and needs, integrating various treatment strategies to support your recovery from both pelvic floor issues and hand injuries.
