Introduction to Data Migration on Embodia

We work closely with you to ensure the proper import of your data into Embodia.

However, the full extent of the import highly depends on the export capabilities of your previous system. If you encounter any challenges with your export, please contact the system from which you are exporting to obtain further assistance with the export. 

Below, you will find an explanation of what can be imported, along with the steps to do so. 

Should you require additional support, please reach out to us at support@embodiaapp.com, or book a data migration support call. 

The following can be imported by you (the practitioner/clinic) or you can ask the Embodia Tech Team to do the import for you:

• Patient list and corresponding patient data (e.g., phone number, referral source, email, DOB, etc.).
  
  

Embodia’s Tech Team can also import the following, should you require it:

• Charts
• Consults
• Invoices
