Practice Management on Embodia - Part 1: Charting - Tasks in a patient chart
To use the tasks feature in patient charts, the clinic manager would first need to enable tasks in patient charts. They can do so by following the steps outlined in the general chart settings.
Once enabled, you will be able to add tasks to the chart, under the Tasks section. You can check the checkbox next to the task to mark it as complete.
Please note that these tasks are private and not visible to patients if you chose to make the chart entry visible to them.
Template tasks
If you have a pre-determined set of tasks that you would like to add to a chart, you can add those tasks to a charting template. When building your charting template, click on the Tasks tab, and then on Add task.
When starting a new chart entry, if you select the charting template as the starting point of the entry, the list of tasks specified in the template will automatically be copied to the chart entry.
